How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is $8 flat, including international orders.
How long does the shipping take?
For US customers, it normally takes 4 to 5 business days (and this excludes weekends and holidays). For international customers, it takes about 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location. If you didn't receive your package 3 weeks (21 days) after the placement of your order, please let us know with your Order Number.
Can you ship discreetly so that my friends/families don't see what I'm getting?
Yes, we do ship discreetly. Nobody will be able to tell from the package/disc about the content of it.
So, does that mean the package doesn't include DVD cases / cover pictures / list of title names?
Yes. To reduce the weight of the package and to protect the privacy of customers in case some wrong person opens your package, we do NOT include DVD cases / cover pictures / list of title names. Each disc has a sticker with (a) your order number and (b) title code (e.g. D12345).
What payment methods do you accept? Do you accept Money Order / Bank Transfer?
Unfortunately, we generally accept only credit cards (VISA and Mastercard)**. However, if you order more than 50 discs, we can discuss different payment options. In that case, please let us know.
** You can use OnlinePayment Services on our site (by choosing OnlinePayment Services option during order process). However, this can cause delay on your order handling/shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I want to purchase particular items that you don't have yet. Can you get them for me?
Unfortunately, although we try to have as many titles in stock as possible, we do not accept customers' requests as of now. Also, we cannot guarantee if or when any particular titles will be available in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Are all of your DVD's censored with pixelization? Will you ever get uncensored titles? Will you offer downloading/streaming of your titles?
Yes, all of our DVD's are censored. Unfortunately, we do not sell uncensored titles or offer downloading/streaming services at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
I got defective DVDs / wrong DVDs. What should I do?
Please let us know with the title #s (e.g. D1234) of the defective/wrong DVDs and your Order Number.
I want to cancel my order. How do I do that?
If you want to cancel your order, please use our contact form to inform us immediately after you placed an order. However, since we have fast shipping policy, it is possible that we already have sent your order when we read your email about cancellation. In that case, we cannot guarantee your cancellation request.
I see some "unpaid orders" that I want to remove in my account. How do I do that?
Although you will not be charged for those, if you want to remove them please let us know with the order numbers of those unpaid orders.
Please note that there is a restocking fee of 25% on returned merchandise.
